Our primary goal is to teach you how to avoid potentially dangerous situations by being aware, alert, and prepared. We believe that avoiding danger is the key to staying safe; and the key to avoiding danger is to be educated. While we will never know how many situations we prevent through our website and teaching, we know that “avoidance and prevention” will always yield the best outcome.

Our next goal relates to situations in which avoidance is not possible and you are forced to defend yourself or loved one against an attacker. Our mission is to provide you with more information and training than you need to survive, defend, and escape virtually any situation where your safety is threatened. If you are ever in a situation where you cannot run away or escape, we want you to know that you always have options. We want to give you the tools to fight back, protect yourself (or your loved ones), and stop the threat.

We believe that it’s better to have the knowledge and not need it, than it is to need it and not have it.

What We Teach

Our techniques come from the very best martial arts and self defense systems from around the world. We teach simple self defense techniques that can be learned by anyone, regardless of sex, age, size, or previous experience.

We believe in a “Baby Step, Crawl, Walk, Run” progressive training philosophy. We believe in (KISS) Keeping It Super Simple. The techniques we demonstrate are simple to learn and easy to execute, even in a stressful situation. Nothing fancy. Simple. Practical. Functional. Effective. Proven.

High Quality

Our self defense technique demonstrations have been shot in high quality video, from multiple angles, and with close ups. We present them to you at live speed, slow motion, and super slow motion to provide you with as much detail as possible. Of course, you can watch the video as many times as you’d like, with the option to pause and replay videos. The techniques may also be viewed in a regular screen size or at full screen, if you wish.

An Attention to Detail Systematic Approach

Every self defense technique has a “simple to understand” difficulty rating and comes with a written step-by-step detailed description. Each technique is further broken down “by the numbers” and “piece by piece” for even greater detail. Simply watch the demonstration videos and then reference the corresponding description.

Our ability to demonstrate, share, teach, and clarify technique is highly developed. All information presented on the site is presented in a professional, concise, and easy to understand manner.
